The Stress Reduction Practice



Our goal is to help you achieve your goals by helping you through the obstacles life puts in your way.

We can help you find mechanisms to cope with the stresses and strains of daily life. We can help you focus on you and what you want. We can support you on your journey.

We are not prescriptive in how we work together but tailor our stress reduction programmes to your specific requirements.

We act in a completely confidential way and provide a safe place for you to explore whatever is troubling you on your journey. We abide by a strict code of ethics in line with EMCC and the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council.

There is no standard number of sessions needed although each will typically last for about 55 minutes. Most clients find that six to eight sessions are sufficient. We are results driven and your success is our success.

Sessions are conducted either in a face to face environment or online using a vehicle such as Skype. The first session, which is a thorough assessment, is best conducted face to face. We are flexible in where we meet and can even arrange to visit you in your own home or workplace if that works for you.

Our Stress Reduction Programmes for companies and groups usually take place within the workplace and generally comprise eight sessions spread over a two to three month period.

We only take on assignments where we believe that working together will help you get the results you want.

We pride ourselves in our results and most of our business is through referral.
